What your child needs:
Bike / Scooter & Helmet
PE Uniform
Sunhat
Togs & Towel
Signs will be put out on the day letting you know where each class is to put their bikes / scooters.
You may like to put something on your child's bike to help them identify it when they come into transition.
It's been a super busy week with Production, Learner Celebrations, End of Year Mass, Christmas baking, and starting to pack up for the end of the year. Congratulations to everyone who was involved with Peter Pan. The photos are fabulous so head to the website to put your order in.

As we all know, Peter Pan is on this week. Everyone has taken home a note regarding showtimes and all other important information. Please have your costume at school on Monday as there will be a full dress rehearsal. More tickets are now available for all Peter Pan Shows. Tickets can be bought from the School Office for $5.00

Children from Rooms: 1, 3, 5, 15, 17 and Kakano 1, 2, 3 are performing.
Wednesday 9th December at 1:00 pm
Wednesday 9th December at 6:30 pm
Children from Rooms: 2, 4, 12, 14, 16 and Kakano 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 are performing.
The main cast are performing in all four shows. ALL main cast actors need to be at school at 5.30pm. All remaining cast please be at school at 5.50pm. Children need to meet in their classrooms, changed into their costumes.
On Thursday, the classroom will be open to visitors from 8am-10am. Students will be able to show their whanau what they have been doing this term.
We are collecting goods to put in Christmas Hampers for needy families and also food items we can donate to St Vincent de Paul’s Foodbank. If you have food items you can donate please get your child to bring them to class or they can put them under the tree in the foyer.
The school is publishing a school magazine again this year and this will be available during the last week of this term. At this stage there will only be 100 magazines printed. It will be a great memento of 2020. We sold out last year. Orders are taken now with the cost for the magazine being $10.00
Friday is the end of year Mass at 9am. Everyone is very welcome to join us. It is a special Mass for the students in year 6 in particular.
Coming up in Week 10
There is a lot going on next week - Tryathlon on Monday, Prizegiving on Tuesday and Missioning of the Year 6 students on Wednesday, which is also the last day of term. Can everyone please bring in a plastic or paper bag to carry home all their belongings in week 10.
· Holiday Reading Information is being sent home this week. Children can immediately start entering the books they are reading or books that have been read to them.
· And finally a heads up regarding purchase of sports tops. For all sports, except Netball and Basketball, you will be required to buy your own shirts for the 2021 season. PE shirts can be purchased from our School’s Uniform Shop.
What a beautiful day we had today. The weather was amazing too. Thanks to the wonderful parents who gave up their valuable time to help us out for the day. Without your support, we couldn't have these fun days.
